Terms and Conditions I hereby make this application to become an independent Distributor of the GOLD LIFE DISTRIBUTIONS INC.I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. 1.This is a contract of the independent distributorship,therefore no employer / employee relationship. 2.He shall set his own 'daily method of operation' to realize his own goals in the business. 3.For as long as he is the member of the company, he shall not be directly involved,as member owner,partner,stockholder or employee of company with the same product line. 4.Account can be transfered/assigned to the other person with all the privileges and rights request and approval for the management. 5.It is agreed that in case of death of the member,the beneficiaries shall have the right to claim benefits. 6.Cross-lining is strictly prohibited.Any violation would be penalized accordingly. 7.That the independent distributor has read and fully understood all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein the company GOLD LIFE DISTRIBUTIONS INC.The company reserves the right to terminate in case of violation or misconduct.
